Description

It contains the origin/destination points, departure/arrival time constraints and in case of hazardous good transport the vehicle and cargo characteristics - all information - required to determine the route. It may be sent either from the ground or from the on-board part of the functional Area. It is composed of several different bits of information: departure/arrival time constraints, origin/destination points, plus vehicle and cargo characteristics.
