Overview

This Actor within the Vehicle Terminator shall represent an Other Vehicle.  It may be part of the normal traffic flow, in either direction, or part of a platoon. Data is exchanged between a host Vehicle and an Other Vehicle for a number of reasons, e.g. to prevent collisions, to perform platooning, to reduce headlamp glare.
