Description
It contains a request to be sent to the Other Vehicle that is approaching the Host Vehicle to indicate that the beams from its headlights are too high and should be dipped. The request will include the identity of the Host Vehicle so that the Other Vehicle can determine which Vehicle is suffering from glare from its headlights.
