Description

It contains a warning from the Other Vehicle to indicate to the Host Vehicle that the Other Vehicle is about to run through a set of traffic signals that are set to red, i.e. red light running.  The warning will include the identity of the Other Vehicle so that the Host Vehicle can determine which Vehicle is red light running if there are several Vehicles that are approaching the same traffic signals.
