This Function shall be capable of providing the following facilities:<br/><br/>(1) The ability to continuously monitor the use of each parking place in a Loading or Unloading.<br/>(2) The ability for its sensors to detect that a Vehicle is occupying a parking place and to use the data from the sensors to determine the Vehicle identity.<br/>(3) The ability to send the determined identity to the Manage Loading or Unloading Zone Bookings Function.<br/>
(a) continuously monitor for receipt of either of the input data flows;<br/>(b) when either of the data flows in (a) is received use its contents to determine if the identity of the vehicle has changed;<br/>(c) if a change is detected in (b) store the new vehicle identity locally and send it to the Manage Loading or Unloading Zone Bookings function in the freight vehicle identity for un/loading zone data flow.<br/>
