This Function shall be capable of providing the following facilities:<br/><br/>(1) The ability to take responsibility for the output of information to Drivers and/or Travellers about environmental conditions.<br/>(2) Details of what the information output should contain and to which group(s) of users the information should be output will be provided to this Function by other functionality.<br/>(3) A HMI through which the environmental conditions information can be output to Drivers and/or Travellers.<br/>
(a) continuously monitor for receipt of the input data flow;<br/>(b) when the data flow in (a) is received load the environmental information into each of the output data flows;<br/>(c) when (b) has been completed send the two data flows to the Driver and Travellers respectively.<br/>
