5.11.9 Provide Driver Data Interface

Overview

This Function shall be capable of providing the following facilities:

(1) A HMI through which the Driver can provide data for use in creating records about the Vehicle operation.
(2) The ability to send the data to the Data for Records Function for loading into the store of Operational Data.

Functional Requirements

(a) continuously monitor for receipt of the driver details data flow from the driver
(b) when the data flow in (a) is received, send its contents to the Record Data for Operations in the driver details for operations data flow.
