D3.15 NAP Meta-Data

This Data Store shall be used within the Manage Traffic Functional Area.  It shall contain information objects that provide meta-data about traffic and travel data which includes pointers to Internet locations from which this traffic and travel data can be obtained.  The required and optional elements of meta-data have been harmonised and can be found in a meta-data catalogue: https://eip.its-platform.eu/highlights/harmonised-metadata-national-access-points<br/><br/>Each information object in the Store for each pointer/link shall contain the following data objects:<br/>(1) Road network links and their physical attributes, such as: geometry; road width;     number of lanes; gradients and junctions,<br/>(2) Road classification,<br/>(3) Traffic signs reflecting traffic regulations and identifying dangers, such as: access conditions for tunnels; access conditions for bridges; permanent access restrictions and other traffic regulations,<br/>(4) Speed limits,<br/>(5) Traffic circulation plans,<br/>(6) Freight delivery regulations,<br/>(7) Location of tolling stations;<br/>(8) Identification of tolled roads, applicable fixed road user charges and available payment methods,<br/>(9) Location of parking places and service areas,<br/>(10) Location of charging points for electric vehicles and the conditions for their use,<br/>(11) Location of compressed natural gas, liquefied natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas stations,<br/>(12) Location of public transport stops and interchanges,<br/>(13) Location of delivery areas.<br/><br/>The complete list of types of traffic and travel data can be found in the Delegated Regulations 2013/885 Art. 4 (1) and (2), 2015/962 Annex 1, 2017/1926 Annex 1.<br/>
