This Function shall be capable of providing the following facilities: (1) The ability to decide which Demand Management Strategy that is to be implemented. (2) The ability to make the decision about which Strategy to implement by analysing the data being collected and stored in the store of Demand Data. (3) If no suitable Demand Management Strategy can be found to implement, the ability to request that a new demand management strategy is created.

Details: (a) continuously monitor for the arrival of the demand data for checking data flow;<br/>(b) when the data flow in (a) is received analyse the data and send the request strategies data flow containing a list of the criteria to be met by strategies that would manage the demand that the data indicates is present;<br/>(c) if a strategy arrives in response to the request, reply with a confirmation of implementation data object in the request strategies data flow;<br/>(d) if no strategy arrives in response to the request, send the new demand management strategy needed data flow to the Produce Demand Management Strategy function.<br/>
