This Actor within the Vehicle Terminator shall represent a Vehicle that delivers Public Transport services on-demand. It can be any type of Vehicle that is licensed to carry any number of passengers. However the number of passengers is expected to be greater that 7, which is the usual maximum for a taxi. The service does not follow a regular route or regular timings, but instead follows a route dictated by where the passengers require to be picked up and dropped off at times that are also dictated by the passengers. A Traveller can only use this service by making a booking in advance.
