This Actor within the Operator Terminator shall represent a human entity that manages the provision of On-Demand Transport Services to Travellers. It shall be possible for these Services to be provided by a passenger carrying Vehicle that covers a route and to a schedule that is dictated by the requests from the Travellers using it. The route shall be able to different for each Vehicle and for each time that Vehicle is used for a Service.
