Description of content

This Data Store shall be used within the Provide Electronic Payments Facilities Area.  It shall contain details of all the accounts used by the users (travellers) for the electronic payment of services.

The data in the Store shall be structured in the following way:
- user ID (number)
- EP account ID's for each user ID (numbers - could be more than one)
- supply for each account (characters)
- current balance (numbers - currency)
- brief history for each account: (characters, but including dates and transaction amounts)
- periods of overdraft (date strings)
- maximum overdraft reached (number - currency)

This data shall be loaded, updated and retrieved by several Functions.
