Description

It contains urban traffic static data that is to be used by the urban traffic management Function.  It includes data about the operation of junctions, speed limits, numbers of lanes, etc. for each part of the urban road network.  This data will be part of that used to determine and implement the most appropriate method of traffic management and monitor that instructions being sent to roadside equipment are being obeyed.
