Description

It contains the recommendations established by the "Manage Traffic" area for the enforcement of rules in the urban road network.  The data flow includes the following elements:
- date
- period of validity of guidelines
- area concerned
- types of fraud concerned
- for each type of fraud : level of fraud over which notification and / or prosecution is required, according to environmental conditions (weather, traffic conditions, ...)
