Description

It contains the description of the Vehicle Trip Plan that the Driver has requested for implementation that will be used to monitor the progress of the Driver and to decide whether or not to recommend changes to the Plan in order to achieve a better trip experience.  (Note that the description contains all that is needed to implement the Vehicle Trip Plan.)
