Overview

This Actor within the Vehicle Terminator shall represent a vehicle that is designed and licensed for the purpose of carrying freight of any kind. It shall also be licensed to use the road network. This type of vehicle shall include those with and without trailers or "swap bodies", but not include light vans - see "Private Vehicle" above. The vehicle may be carrying freight, empty, or partly loaded.
