It is one of the "states" that may be taken by a Traveller as part of a trip. To be in the state represented by this actor, the Traveller is assumed to be either on a Public Transport Vehicle, waiting at a Stop, or within a Public Transport facility, e.g. a bus station. The system may be in communication with more than one human entity each of which is a Public Transport Passenger.
