This Actor within the Driver Terminator shall represent a human entity that drives a vehicle which is designed and licensed for the purpose of carrying freight of any kind.  It is possible for this type of driver to plan their own routes using an in-vehicle trip planning service, if available and supported.  The vehicle type for this driver is defined in the description of the Freight Vehicle actor.
