Description

It contains characteristics of the Driver, e.g. behaviour patterns, from which it is possible to detect that the Driver is in some way impaired and therefore not capable of controlling the Vehicle properly.  It is very possible and probably very desirable that the Driver is unaware that their performance and behaviour is being monitored.
