Overview

This Actor within the Vehicle Terminator shall represent a vehicle that is licensed to carry passengers who pay for their transportation and who expect it to follow a fixed or predicted route. It shall also be licensed to use the road network. The types of vehicle shall include buses, trolley buses and trams, i.e. any vehicle that carries its passengers on a pre-defined route, which can only be changed by the Public Transport Service Provider.  It shall include both vehicles that operate routes in the urban road network, i.e. with an urban conurbation, and those that operate routes in the inter-urban road network, e.g. between towns and cities.
