Overview

This Terminator shall represent the organisation(s) that process all electronic fund transfer requests originated from the System.  These organisations shall enable the transfer of funds from the user of the System (i.e. a Traveller) to the provider of a service.  Typically such transfers shall occur when a Traveller pays for services, such as tolls, or parking.  These transfers shall also occur if at the same time, the Traveller pays for other services, such as accommodation.
