Description

It contains warnings from Vehicles that they are about to depart from the lane that they are currently using and are for output to Drivers through a machanism that is not in Vechicles.  The identities of the Vehicles providing the warnings are included in with the warnings to enable Drivers to identify the Vehicle(s) to which the warnings apply.
