Description

  It is used to update the "Service Information" store with details of the services provided by operators and service providers. The data flow contains the following elements:
- service ID
- nature of service
- ID of organisation providing the service
- associated account (where the payment will go)
- location of service (where the user can use it)
- types of contracts possible
- categories of people allowed to use this service (that is to pass a contract for it, regardless of access rights which are defined by regulating bodies)
- enforcement procedures
- modes of booking
- identification of tariffs (pointer to tariff data store)
- rules of fee apportionment if several organisations provide the same service
- list of the ID's of services grouped for the apportionment.
