Overview

This Actor within the Bridge/Tunnel Infrastructure Terminator shall represent tunnel management systems that monitor the operation of equipment in a tunnel.  The equipment shall comprise things such as ventilation fans and fire suppressant equipment, etc.  Inputs shall be provided by this actor to show that the equipment has either not operated because it has not needed to, it has operated because an exceptional condition has occurred, or it has not operated due to a fault.
