It is one of the "states" that may be taken by a Traveller as part of a trip. To be in the state represented by this actor, the Traveller is assumed to be either on an On-Demand Service Vehicle, or waiting for it to arrive. The system may be in communication with more than one human entity each of which is an On-Demand Service Passenger.
